Billing and Account

How much does it cost to become a member?
We have two options: $29 / month or $295 / year. All prices are in USD.  
 

What payment options are available?
You can pay for your membership using any major credit card or with PayPal.

Is there a minimum subscription period?
No, if you sign up for the membership you are free to cancel at anytime with no obligations.

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime through your member account profile. If you have a yearly membership and need to cancel for any reason, please contact us and we will be able to issue you a prorated refund based on the term remaining in your membership.

How do I update my payment information?
Once logged in, navigate to the member account profile area. From there you will be able to update your payment details.

Once logged in, navigate to the member account profile area. From there you will be able to update your personal information.

Can I upgrade my membership from monthly to yearly?
Once logged in, navigate to the member account profile area. From there click on the “Subscriptions” tab and select “Plan” from the options next to your existing membership. This will give you an option to finish your currently month then be upgraded automatically to the yearly plan.

Can I share my account with others?
No, your membership purchase grants access for your use only and sharing with others outside of your practice is strictly prohibited. Wellness Media uses IP tracking to ensure memberships are not being accessed from multiple locations. If account sharing is discovered, action will be taken on your account, including account closure, additional billing for unclaimed memberships used and/or legal action. Please see our terms and conditions page for all additional legal considerations.

Social Media Posting

How can I give access to Wellness Media to post on my Business Page?
Once you become a member, follow the instructions provided in the Social Posting Service section of the members only area to give us authorization to post on your page.

What happens if I don’t like one of the graphics you post?
Not a problem – simply delete any posts you do not wish to remain on your Facebook and/or Instagram page. We typically schedule the daily posts 1 week in advance, so you can see which posts are scheduled to be posted. If there are any you don’t want posted, simply delete those from the upcoming schedule.

Am I still able to post on my own page?
Absolutely!  You are still in complete control of your page. Our role is to add value to your page by posting high quality infographics, however you are still able to post any other relevant information on your practice, as well as engage your followers. 

Can I control which types of posts are made by Wellness Media?
No, our chiropractors decide which posts are made each day. Of course, you are always free to delete any posts you do not wish to remain on your page. Also, please keep in mind that as a Wellness Media member, you have access to our extensive infographic database and can always manually add in posts on topics you feel are important.  

What types of information do you typically post?
We tend to keep our posts focused on the positive benefits of chiropractic and living a wellness lifestyle. We post a mix of chiropractic, pediatric, pregnancy, nutrition, general wellness, inspirational and philosophical text and graphics. Our aim is to promote the benefits of chiropractic while staying within the chiropractic scope of practice.  Members are always encouraged to request future topics of interest. By giving you admin permissions to my page, what else are you able to control?
In order for us to post for you, we must be authorized as an “editor” in your admin settings. To get a better understanding, you can read about the different admin roles on Facebook. As content creators we will have privileges to edit several aspects of your page, however our only service is posting our images and text to your page; we will not edit or participate in your page in any other capacity.

Will the posts still look like they are coming from me?
Yes, your followers will not be able to tell that we are making posts on your behalf.

How often do you post on my business page?
We typically post once per day, 7 days per week.

What time of day will my posts happen?
Our chiropractors organize posting times based on studies showing the most popular hours of the day for viewing Facebook updates. These times can vary greatly by region, time of year and various other factors. Our team also accounts for your specific time zone, making sure your posts are seen at appropriate times based on your location.

Infographics

How do I access the infographic database?
Once you become a member, navigate to the Infographics section of the members only area to gain access to the infographic database.  

How does the database work?
The database is organized into several broad categories such as Chiropractic, Inspirational, Nutrition, etc. By scrolling through each section, you can view and download any graphics you’d like to use. You can also use the search function to quickly find graphics on a specific topic. Each graphic is tagged with relevant keywords, making the search function an ideal quick way to browse the database. You can also stack keywords together to further narrow the results.

How many graphics are in the database?
We have over 1000 graphics currently available for download.

Are there any restrictions of use of the graphics?
You are free to use the graphics in any manner you’d like. The size and shape of the graphics make them versatile for use on many platforms, such as social media, websites and Email newsletters.  The graphics themselves are copyright of Wellness Media and we ask that you please do not alter the graphics in any way, including cropping, adding text / images, color changes, etc.

Is there a limit on how many graphics I can download?
No – downloads are unlimited for members; feel free to access them as needed.

Member Discounts

How do I access my discount?
Once you become a member, navigate to the Member Discounts section of the members only area and complete the request form. Within 24 to 48 hours your account on wellnessmediaresources.com will be authorized for 15% and free shipping.

Do international orders still qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping only applies to orders in Canada and the Continental USA. If you are a member outside of these regions, please contact us about your product order and we can provide a custom shipping quote. We will provide discounted shipping for our international members. 

Does my discount still work with other website promos?
Yes – your member discount is applied in addition to any other product sales on Wellness Media. Our members enjoy substantial discounts on their favorite chiropractic educational products.

Educational Videos

How do I access the educational videos?
Once you become a member, navigate to the Educational Videos section of the members only area to gain access. From there, you can choose your desired volume or topic and play the corresponding video.

How can I play the videos on my TV?
There are a few options for video playback on your TV.

First, you can attach an HDMI cable from a laptop or desktop computer to your TV and duplicate the screen. When you play the videos on your computer they will play on the TV. 

Second, you can purchase a Wireless Display Adapter, which plugs into your TV and connects to your Wi-Fi network, allowing you to connect to your computer wirelessly and play the videos without needing to run a cable. 

Third, many new “SMART” TVs have the ability to connect to your wireless network automatically, allowing you to stream videos directly from a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone.

Can I change any of the slides or add in some of my own?
No, the video slideshows are streaming from our content delivery network and cannot be changed. We have grouped our playlists by volume and by specific topic so you can choose videos that best suit your practice.

How many hours of content do you have available?
We currently have 3+ hours of content available to stream, with another volume releasing in early 2022. We will continue to add to our video database regularly.

Can I loop the videos?
Yes, each video playlist has the ability to loop the entire playlist, loop each individual track, or shuffle the tracks. Once the video is playing, click on the text displaying “ALL” from the player controls to choose these looping options.

How do I play the video full screen?
Each videos playlist has an icon in the upper right corner to enter and exit full screen mode.
